L’accès au parking et la difficulté de coordination avec l’hôte à l’arrivé. Peut être un peu mieux organisé pour faciliter l’arrivée du locataire . Je suggère de communiquer un plan d’accès au logement et au parking pour éviter les temps d’attente en bas de l’immeuble.

Nous avons aimé l’accueil de l’hôte, la facilité de communication malgré la distance, l’emplacement du logement qui était près des restaurants, à 10 min de la plage etc et appartement spacieux avec deux salles de bain.

Ménage très certainement négligé à certains endroits et en plein mois d’août très bruyant la nuit dans les couloirs

Location is great. Building is very secure. Apartment nice sized and has everything you need.

Finding the property. Google maps kept shifting and being a stranger in a strange land made it a challenge. Morocco is beautiful people helpful and friendly.

The location and facilities are excellent. The owner and daughter are very friendly and helpful during hours

The address and directions to get there. The 1st night we had to overnight in a hotel as we could not find it, neither did the booking.com organised taxi who was a local. No one answered the phone at 01:00 in the morning to assist

The apartment is spacious clean and perfectly located in the heart of Tangier. The host was extremely responsive when we enquired about a couple of things. The supermarket is just below the secure appartment block and there is a lovely cafe immediately outside (Comedia cafe) for food & coffee to drink inside or to go. There’s also a beautiful viewing point of the port just outside the appartment block.

Everything was good and as described pre booking

The host was absolutely fantastic. Really helpful and easy to contact before we left, and when we there. Someone met us at the apartment and we arranged to leave keys when we left. We had a late flight arriving and departing, and the host was incredibly accommodating, letting us have a letter check out, which was fantastic! If you ask, a taxi could have been arranged. You do need to be able to access your booking / email though for contact numbers, so make sure you have data roaming, or can get to WiFi if you need to check anything with the host. There is free WiFi in Tangier airport when you arrive. The apartment is 30 mins away, central, in a secure gated apartment building and underneath is a supermarket open until 10.00pm. Very handy to grab some essentials on arrival. Also a cafe/ restaurant right outside the building which served good food and coffee. There is a pool area which was great for young families. It gets very busy though (we were there July) and not too many places to sit. Go early in the morning if you want a seat. The pool is in the large central courtyard of the building and it would be easy to put some tables out to create more seating. The apartment is in a very central location, set back from the main roads and a hub of activity. We loved this as it was so easy to get to the main areas like the medina, Kasbah, and the beaches in the opposite direction, all in walking distance. Despite being so close to the centre, there isn’t a lot of noise and the apartment was quiet. It is a city though, so don’t expect silence 😊 The apartment was large, two bathrooms, an outside balcony area, with air conditioning, and had all that we needed. If you watch TV, or like music, take an iPad, have your apps loaded, and use the apartment WiFi. There is satellite, and Netflix, but we didn’t speak Arabic or French - used google translate which was handy. The beds were clean, and lots of clean, fresh towels were supplied.

The apartment needs some light maintenance and a few things need screwing back into place. It was clean, but again, simple things like the shower screen could have been cleaner. I am a neat freak though. Some refreshments would have been welcome. A bottle of water in the fridge, and some tea or coffee. After a really long journey, in a new place, this would have been perfect. If you want a cold beer, or glass of wine, there is an off-licence about 10 mins away, or take advantage of duty free coming in.
