"Exceptional location, great staff, understated elegance but doesn’t have a lift."

Location, understated elegance, great staff, homely yet professional environment.

Lift not available. Room no: 15 - Bathing area without a shower cubicle leaves the washroom perpetually wet. The slope of the washroom doesn’t let the water flow in the right direction. You got to mop the floor yourself to maintain dry floor.

Their rooms and suites felt just like home. The rooms were big with lots of space to move around, and the location was excellent. The housekeeping, meals, and turndown services were top-notch, taking care of everything during my stay.
