Clean and comfortable

We didn’t get what we booked for the first day we had to spend a night in an other apartment!

Lots of room and air conditioning worked well. Also loved Muhammad the receptionist. So helpful. He met us at 2am and then went down the street to get us some water! Also was very helpful in helping Sherry out a taxi.

Everything we needed was there it was very comfortable

Good location, wifi sometimes

Struggled to use TV had to use our phones to stream on TV and most of the time used our internet as WIFI was not sufficient. Only one coffee cup but able to accommodate 2 guests. Aircons visible but no remote to use aircons. some kitchen equipment not cleaned properly. The washing machine is not clean. No proper linen on the bed only a cover sheet for the mattress no additional sheet on top to lie under only thick blankets for colder weather as we had warm weather on our visit. No exact location for the property on booking.com struggled severely to find accommodation to check-in. Need more exact information on taxes that need to be paid when accommodation is booked.
