"Overall a bit disappointing sadly - I really wanted to like the place !"

The room was fine and the breakfast was good and the woman bringing it to my room was friendly and efficient. It was quiet and in peaceful surroundings

Internet was really poor / not working mostly and there were no TV channels working. I asked and they were able on one night to somehow get one channel ( BBC news) to my room - but that was only for a few hours. My room was also not cleaned or towels changed. This was explained that they didn't have a key for the room - which I didnt know in advance

Very nice and helpful staff, always there for any queries we would have. Big and clean room

The hot water wasn't on, maybe because it had been a long time it hadn't been used, but we had to wait over an hour before being able to have a warm shower. Hidden prices regarding dinner, even though the overall price was reasonable. A little outside the city centre, but in the very comfortable and quiet neighbourhood of many embassies

"My stay was not good"

Location was good

Room was not clean sheets dirty they were not changed from previous guest I think breakfast not appetising curtains half hanged
