Not staying there at all.

Fab hotels not paying my money back for a hideous hotel I refused to stay in.

Location

There was no hotel Luxury retreat for which I did the booking & got confirmation even on the date of check in. Had to shift to another hotel by paying Rs. 1500/-. Spent an hour in finding alternate accommodation. When I escalated this, I got a call from Fabhotels about another property Eden Roc. Got one room at 5 pm - other room was not ready. Finally got the 2nd room at 11 pm. Flush not working in one room, geyser not working in the other room. TV not working. Rooms were not clean. Bathroom fittings were corroded. No signboard outside the hotel. Lift was not working. Overall a very traumatic experience traveling with family.
