Casa Lucio by Arbaspàa

We enjoyed a very nice stay during a very hot and busy week. The apartment looks out over the Main Street so it can get loud but the entertainment didn’t bother us. Unfortunately, no air conditioning and fans didn’t work that well. Location was great and Mrs Ladi was very helpful. Easy experience 😊

The property is at a perfect location, on the main street of Vernazza, across from the pharmacy, on the steps of the start of the hiking trails.

This apartment was very nice and super clean. It was very conveniently located in the middle of Vernazza. Bathroom was very nice and modern. Highly recommend,

Stayed here for a week and great place to base yourselves when toring cinque terra as walking dustsnce to train and ferry as well as walking routes. Vernezza is busy with lots of tourists but on a night its a lovely place to watch sunset and have aperitivo in the Port or on the beach. Apartment had a large living and dining area. Comfortable bed. Good double glazing which cut out all the noise. Lovely atmosphere looking out of the window into the street below.

The apartment is centrally placed, windows to the main street. This means it is very noisy. Hard to get a good night's sleep if it is hot and you need to open the windows. Half of the lamps lacked bulbs.

Loved the location and size of the unit. Accommodated our family of 5 well with one queen bed, a sofa bed and a single bed.

We were there when it was brutally hot so air conditioning would have been nice. They did supply two fans so that was somewhat helpful. Would have been great to have fluffy towels. The thin cotton sheet like towels aren't ideal - but they were all very clean and well supplied.

My Italian is not very good. Their English is worse. Great location, average accommodations, OK price seeing Vernazza is expensive.

Logement propre et spacieux. Hôte accueillante et souriante. Pas de climatisation mais 3 ventilateurs à disposition. L'installation de la climatisation serait parfaite.

Mrs Ladi met us within a reasonable amount of time to let us in our apartment and couldn’t have been sweeter. A bit of a language barrier, but we didn’t have too much to communicate and we take that as our own fault in a foreign country! The accommodations were adequate and very simple for our family of 5. We bought groceries nearby and cooked a wonderful meal. Kitchen had everything we needed albeit not matching or fancy. Our stay was during a heat wave and the apartment was quite hot. With windows open onto the Main Street it was VERY loud late at night and early in the morning. No A/C and the fan in the bedroom was weak. Proximity to train station, beach, hiking trail etc was terrific.
