Sonne Hotel Quang Binh

Really nice and cozy room. Room had a corner window to the main street. Comfortable bed, big shower-toilet room. There was kettle, fridge with mini bar.

There was a bit too loudly music from the street, but I was during Tet, so it might be because of that

Available and friendly staff. Sheets clean and bathroom clean.

Hard beds, noisy when people move about, slight smell - needs airing. Power a bit fickle, it took several efforts to get it to work.

The hotel is only 15 min by walk from the train station. Rooms are very nice and clean. Nice shower with good hot water. Very comfortable bed.

Windows are a bit thin which means there’s a quite a lot of noise coming from outside. We were also there the day before new year so a lot of people were celebrating. It didn’t bother us but if you’re a very light sleeper keep this into consideration

Hotel was close to train station, 20-30k VND ride by taxi or grab. The hotel was clean, the bed was firm, and the proprietors were extremely friendly and hospitable. Luggage storage in the lobby was available. There are some interesting dining options around the area.

Booked this because it was near the train station and I was only in Dong Hoi for a short 24 hours. Quick and easy transit between locations, comfortable bed and strong AC. No breakfast but there was a nice cafe across the street. They let me keep the room a few extra hours so that I could shower after a tour but before I got on an overnight train. Overall, highly recommend and would stay again.

The hot water ran out sort of quickly so if you’re two or more, you might need to be kind of speedy.

Got good sleep

We only stayed for 1 night as we needed some rest before the train ride. Great location very close to the train station. Receptionist was really helpful booking us a taxi at 2am as well as giving us a wake up call.

Family room had only 3 beds, but they were large enough for the 4 of us.

We had a great stay at the Sonne Hotel. It's perfect if you need a place to stay near the train station or the bus station. Lovely clean room, the bed was really comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. The reception staff were helpful when we needed somewhere to go for food
