"價格很便宜, 但設備已很老舊, 又冷, 熱水又不夠, 考慮到我們訂了4晚，備品及廁紙應該要準備一些吧…"

價格很便宜, 有電梯, 自助取鎖很方便, 我們的行李由松山寄過去，房東願意幫忙收件

1) 3人入住4晚, 廁紙只有1卷, 在網站留言向房東多要廁紙，超過24小時才回應及提供廁紙 2) 房間很冷，只有2個房間有空調, 客廳沒有安裝，我們把房間空調調至30度, 客廳仍是冷。晚上睡覺時要關上房門及蓋好被子才不冷, 但絕對不是溫暖 3) 第3晚洗澡時, 最後1人發現熱水不足, 之後就沒有熱水了，到第二日早上仍未恢復, 我們都很擔心最後一晚沒有熱水如何洗澡，在網站留言給房東, 房東第1個回應是問我熱水有恢復嗎… 我再次解釋當天早上都沒有, 房東就說可能是水箱水用完了，叫我們到3樓一個剛完成裝修但未出租的單位洗澡…

CP值佳的住宿，環境舒適清潔，小廚房備品齊全，雖然步行有點小遠，但可接受，下次有機會會再造訪！

"女子会、ファミリー会にもってこいのHappyHouse"

中はとても綺麗にされていて、調理用具等もいろいろ揃っていました。今回まな板がなかったことが残念だった旨お伝えしたところ、早急に対応してくださったようです。そうした利用者の声に柔軟に対応してくださるのがとても好感の持てるところだと思いました。

まな板がなかったことと、ダブルベッドのお部屋の方の外の音が（気にならない方もあるかもしれませんが）気になり、若干眠りが…💦
