Very nice terrace. Swimming pool available and spacious room

There was no cleaning during the stay

The host is very warm and helping. She is a gem of person. The property is very good. We booked a villa. However first floor of the property have five rooms and called as a villa. The rooms are big enough. The property situated between Hoi An Ancient market and beach. Beach is around 1.5 Kms away.

I don't know as it is homestay so daily room cleaning services not avaiable. Property require reapir specially bathrooms.

Owner Tram was super nice, good room, pool and location.

Was a bit noisy on the main road.

Mrs. Tram was really helpful. Really nice rooms, with a pool on the property. We had entire floor for ourselves. An Bang And a local beach nearby.

Cozy place about 10 min ride from the old town center. I stayed here for 2 nights and they helped me to organize an island tour and they took me to see the sun rise at the local beach. You can ask for breakfast in the evening and they'll go for a local market in the morning to get fresh ingredients for you. A lovely place!
