The place is great. Very spacious and well maintained, located in quiet area. Housekeeping lady does a really good job. They also arranged the tours for us for reasonable price.

Need to grab a bike to go anywhere.

Villa is cleaned every day, pool twice per week. Amenities not new but everything was very clean. Pool is nice both for adults and kids. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Kitchen has everything to cook. Internet speed was good. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. Several sitting areas around the pool which is very comfortable. The owner has replied very fast. There were welcome drinks and snacks. Thank you!

部屋が綺麗。プールが大きくて綺麗。 リビングは広くてネットTVもあり快適。 スミニャックの中心まで徒歩10分程度ながら 静かな環境で、近くに美味しいワルンいくつもあり、 立地かとても良い。 コスパ最高のヴィラです！

唯一挙げるなら、シャワーとトイレが近く、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの足元まで濡れること。

الموقع سيئ •وصول للسيارة إلى فيلا رقم 11 صعب جداّ •الاسم فيلا ولكن غير صحيح هي غرفتان ومطبخ بدون تكييف مكشوف على المسبح والمكان حار. •نظيفة الطاقم مهتم للأمانة. •سيئة لسكن ستة أيام. •الطريق من داخل المنتجع مظلم نوعاّ ما ويوجد كلاب. •👎👎👎👎👎

Clean modern villa with well equipped kitchen. Great pool. Stayed with my husband, 4.5yr & 6.5yr kids. Host was very helpful & quickly responded. Easy for taxi & gogek to find. 5min taxi into semiyak Center. About a 15min walk (but walking wasn’t good with the little children). There’s a few good breakfast cafes (warrung kelor), mini mart & laundry place 2min walk away.

It’s a good location but hard to walk into semiyak if you have little kids, because you need to cross a large busy road. Not to good for prams.
