"Great place to drop into, would benefit from a little love."

Nice location, really handy as we had a game at Kingston Park stadium. Great for the local Aldi, decent garden. Facilities are great if you want to just drop in, get a takeaway and flit out again.

The matteresses would definitely benefit from a refresh/thickness upgrade! At the price point, the property is good value, but with a little more investment in comfort settings it would be great value.

We had one issue which was we couldn’t get the shower to go cold it was only boiling

Very homely and comfortable

Freezing! When we eventually found the heating to turn on, it took the best part of 36 hours to warm the house through.
