Sockets in my room did not work when i needed to make an early morning cup of tea and i didnt get help in time before checking out.

ZAZAZAZAZAIt was clean and nicely private in a clean accessible area, the staff was amazing.
There were 1 or 2 knocks late at night when I was sleeping but the lady handled it well
ZAThe staff was very helpful and friendly. The one lady helped me by re-washing my bedding when I had an allergic reaction to the fabric softener that was used. She made sure when changing the bedding in the room during my stay to not use fabric softener which I greatly appreciated. She made sure to open the gate early in the morning for me when I was working the nightshift.
The gate access was a bit frustrating at times due to have to constantly ask for access of waiting outside of the gate to be let in.
