Very elegant period style apartment with high ceilings & granite/marble flooring. Both bedrooms were large with two bathrooms & lots of generous furnishings which made our stay enjoyable. Also walking distance from the station & buses. Our hostess was readily available to sort out the little hiccups that came up. We would recommend this apartment mostly highly as it’s value for money.

Grand appartement, deux salles d'eau, salon et cuisine. Vraiment très vaste et très confortable. Il y avait des linges, des parfums, du gel douche, des crèmes, etc. à disposition. Du café, du sel, du poivre et de l'huile d'olive dans la cuisine pour se faire une petite salade vite fait, parfait !

A vrai dire, tout était très bien. Parfois un peu de bruit des voisins du dessus... mais nous étions là pour visiter la ville de Gènes, donc ce n'était pas vraiment dérangeant!

Beautiful homely apartment in good location and everything available what would be needed. Lovely touch of bottle of wine and water provided and easy interaction with the owner providing details as required. Also early check-in provided too. Highly recommend 👌

Batterie de cuisine, articles de bain, cadeaux de bienvenue , lits confortables, ascenseur, emplacement, décoration, wifi, laveuse vaisselle, laveuse linge, balcons, près d’un marché d’alimentation.

Parfois l’eau de la douche variait de température.

The location was perfect as it was very central. In different directions it was a 10/15 minute walk to the main train station, the harbour and the old town. The only downside was that it was at the top of quite a steep hill, so wouldn't be suitable for anyone unable to manage this - that said, Genoa is all built into steep hills!

L'appartement est vraiment très bien, confortable, spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison. La proximité du garage tenu par Piero, très serviable, est un atout dans un quartier où il est extrêmement difficile de se garer.

L'environnement de l'immeuble est correct mais pour rejoindre le port et le métro, on passe près d'une rue qui n'est pas rassurante.

Tutto a noi è piaciuto tanto. Nell' appartamento abbiamo trovato che era necessario. L' appuntamento pulito, situato nella zona tranquilla e molto vicino a tutti posti più importanti. 15 minuti a piedi dall' acquario, 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e centro storico. La proprietaria molto disponibile.

Very spacious and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful extra touches. Beautifully furnished with good quality fittings. The bathrooms were also spacious and a lovely spa bath. Overall fantastic apartment.
