The property was great, much bigger than what we expected, very cleaned and well maintained. The location was very convenient, close to the train station and heart of the city. A big thank you for Elena who was very helpful and responsive throughout the stay.

Elena is a lovely host - friendly, responsive, welcoming, accomodating. The apartment is well-equiped, and it is walking distance from everything.

The location is a little off from the center (not sure i'd want to stay there on my own), but everything is close enough and walkable, so for a family or a couple this is perfect.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Elena's apartment in Genoa, and it was nothing short of a stellar experience. For the quality of the accommodations, and the strategic location within the city, the cost was incredibly reasonable. It's a true example of getting more than what you paid for. But what really sets this apartment apart is Elena herself. Her warm hospitality made us feel instantly at home. She was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced, and well-managed place to stay in Genoa, look no further than Elena's apartment. Our experience was outstanding, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to this beautiful city.

The place had all the comforts of home. Elena was helpful with all requests and we would consider again.

Location, was a challenge given we only spoke English

This is a really lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. We had a super time in Genoa; its full of history and very interesting and there is lots to do. The apartment is ten mins walk from the station and a couple of mins from the old town and the harbour front. So an ideal location. The apartment itself has loads of character, its extremely spacious and very comfortable.... a real home from home. The owner was helpful and communicated well.

We loved this apartment. Spacious property with a high level of fittings and furniture. The accommodation is provided with not just all the practical requirements needed but it is carried out with heart and imagination. The location was brilliant for visiting Genoa and was within easy walking distance to the train station. Elena could not have done more to accommodate us and we were able to organise to leave our luggage for a few hours nearby on our departure day.

Beautifully stylish and spacious apartment. Well equipped throughout. Walking distance to train station, harbour, shops. Fairly Steep incline to apartment block but no problem . Access very straight forward on arrival. Elena the owner was easily contactable and very helpful. Highly recommend for a family , two couples or friends.

Only one issue was a very noisy creaky bed in second bedroom.

Very large, nicely laid out apartment. Excellent kitchen, fully equipped. Air conditioning. Location in a quiet neighborhood very close to the historical center of Genova, and tastefully decorated with art and books/objects of owner.

Elena was very professional and was easy to contact. Her apartment is great and as other reviewers have said, it has everything you could need. The location is great, within walking distance to everything. The parking is great, right below the apartment and is actually an average of 10 euros cheaper per night than other garages. We arrived, left the car at the garage, collected the keys and started our holiday. Perfect!
