"A nice place, but unfortunately our stay was marred by a major cockroach infestation"

The apartment itself is nice, well-furnished and a good base from which to explore Cape Town.

There was an enormous cockroach infestation in the apartment (e.g. in the kitchen drawers, the fridge/freezer) and it was pretty easy to spot as soon as we arrived, with live and dead roaches all over the kitchen floor. While the management did their best to address the issue, we were still finding live ones in the apartment by the end of our five-day stay and had spent a significant portion of our holiday trying to sort things out. All in all, we were very disappointed to find the apartment in this condition, particularly given the high price point.
