GIOVINAZZO HISTORIC APULIA old town stone house with private patio

Miriam and her husband collected us from the airport and she gave a tour of the accommodation, telling us all about the history and also practical bits, like bathroom fans and recycling. She recommended places to eat and local towns to visit. In the week, she checked with us that everything was OK and even bought us some delicious figs from her garden.

The small bedroom by the front door, had minimal storage space and nowhere to hang any clothes. The main door to the building would bang at all hours of the night, when other people came home, then they would chat, which would wake up anyone sleeping in the bedroom nearest the apartment door. Not sure there is anything the hosts can do about this.

Localized at shadowed corner of Piazza Porto which prevents from heating. Air conditioning was working. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Bus stop to Bari is very close. Apartment has one very small (one bed) room, one big room with kitchenette and double bed. Then you can go to next big room with double bed. Bathroom is accessible only from second big room. From both bedrooms you can access a patio - small closed street with table and chairs to sit and rest.
