A toaster and bread would have been nice

Comfortable bed, nice clean carpets, especially in the hallway/stairs area (which you don’t often see). Loved the breakfast setup with a great selection of cereals, yoghurts, tea coffee milk and juice. Parking permits included is fabulous also.

Tiny little things was some cobwebs on the ceilings but I appreciate they are very high up. The little tables and chairs in the room were a little wobbly , could do with being tightened up.

Trying to park...bloody hard work...plus I got a parking ticket . After a day I got parked for the test of our stay..with the scratchcard . I had a stakeout to get a parking spot . It's certainly not the hotels fault ... Council is raking it in... It's bad enough the petrol going up rapidly.

- We got given a permit. However, really struggled to park on the street until the last night. Had to park on the sea front and pay. - Check in was quite hard, due to having to ring the owners for a lockbox code as we didn’t get given this prior to our arrival - but they was absolutely fine about this.

Whole stay was really easy and relaxed. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, with a great sea view on the Westcliff area which we love

The view would be even better if the outside windows of the Bay were cleaned. We had to use teaspoons from the room with our cereal as although the help yourself cereals and yoghurt provided outside of our room were adequate, we couldn't find any cutlery.

The room was lovely and clean. Everything you needed. Tea making facilities. Iron and iron board on the landing located just outside the bedroom door. Cups and glass and cutlery. Nice and warm too for this time of the year. Location was excellent at the top of the hill near the wishbone if you know whitby. We had lovely sea view from our bedroom window. Breakfast was help yourself cereal biscuits yoghurt. Juice. Extra teabag coffee and milk if needed. The owner was very nice friendly and helpful. The check in check out was brilliant 👏 The pictures are the view from the bedroom window and the B&B from down in the town
