The clothes line got no sun and no dryer....it was lucky the fine weather was around for a bit. We just used the clothes-horse provided to dry our clothes on the sun deck.

Such a lovely house, so beautifully decorated and well-appointed kitchen! We loved the atmosphere, the large deck, the location, just a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location, very comfortable accommodation. Would definitely recommend to others and would book again in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Was asked to bring beach towels which are bulky to travel with when flying. Was pleasantly surprised to find beach towels supplied.

Perfect for a holiday

Nikki made this rental into a home. You could feel this is not just a rental property but also a home to the owner. There were lots of amenities in the home and pantry that made our stay easy, even games for the kids. The location was perfect - a short walk to little Kaiteriteri beach. There was plenty of parking and great communication. We had rainy weather so my only complaint was no dryer to get our clothes dry, but apparently that is very common in NZ. There were several drying racks available instead. This is a great home for a family retreat.

Two of the guest rooms were downstairs and one upstairs. This worked for us since our kids are just now old enough but this could be an issue for someone with younger children, depending on what your kids are used to. I did see a travel crib in the closet though.

Lovely large decking with comfy seats and bbq. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. 3 large bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms.
