Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok, ładnie urządzony apartament. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami obiektami, którzy doradzili nawet z parkingiem. Możliwość sterowania ogrzewaniem pod siebie.

Niestety wilgoć i pleśń na ścianach i suficie nad łóżkiem kapała nam na głowę podczas spania. Pobyt z dzieckiem okazał się niezdrowy. Patelnia nieprzystosowana do kuchni indukcyjnej - nie dało się zrobić nawet jajecznicy. Wyposażenie pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Za grosze w lokalnym sklepie można kupić opakowanie herbat i cukier (które zostawiliśmy następnym wynajmującym - jak na zdjęciu) sól, kawę czy przyprawy do gotowania… mały gest, a dużo świadczy o właścicielu. Najbardziej przykra jednak niespodzianka okazała się po powrocie. Zapłaciliśmy dwa razy lokalną taxe (raz ściągnął booking, raz przelaliśmy sami przez link, który nam wysłał właściciel przed zameldowaniem). O zwrot do dziś nie możemy się doprosić. Rezerwując warto również zapoznać się z warunkami - wąskie, bardzo strome schody mogą być dla niektórych duża przeszkodą.

Camera comoda , spazi giusti, cucina fornita di tutto il minimo necessario per due persone. Vista spupenda sul porto davvero impagabile . . Consiglio la struttura anche per la posizione nel cuore del centro storico. Appena sotto casa si trovano tutti i ristoranti e bar migliori .

Unico problema per chi dovesse avere problemi motori ci sono da fare due rampe di scale ripide e con le valigie e’ un po’ scomodo . Ma se non si hanno problemi e’ fattibile.

L’emplacement est magique. C’est parfait pour découvrir Monopoli et les alentours. Le soir on pouvait voir le spectacle de la terrasse sur le toit.

Nous avons eu un souci avec la climatisation qui s’est résolu suite à nos contacts avec l’hôte. Ça aurait été agréable d’avoir une table et des chaises pour profiter davantage des magnifiques terrasses.

The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the harbour and the apartment was modern and clean.

The stairs were very steep to access the apartment, which made it tricky to take luggage up and down. But it is a very old building and the stairs are worth the central location and view.

Apartamento amplio, moderno, bien decorado. Excelente ubicación en el casco histórico. Una vista al mar y puerto hermosísima.

Falta de equipamiento en la cocina, y sobre todo el tema de las escaleras. Son dos pisos, el primero bien, el segundo tramo muyyy empinado

Il riscaldamento non funzionava. La persona con cui ho parlato telefonicamente mi ha proposto un cambio di camera o un rimborso. Ho scelto il rimborso che non è mai arrivato. In ogni caso non si può affittare un locale a dicembre senza verificare il funzionamento del riscaldamento. Inoltre, non c'è possibilità di parcheggio, il che è comprensibile data la posizione, ma pur avendo chiesto diversi giorni prima con un messaggio delle indicazioni per trovare un parcheggio custodito ho ricevuto risposta solo poche ore prima del mio arrivo e quando avevo già risolto da solo. Dispiace registrare queste disfunzioni nella gestione perché la struttura in sé sarebbe bella .

It was my best holiday ever. I stayed a week alone in this apartment, and I had an amazing time. The view did not get enough credit in the profile of the place. It is right to Porta Vecchia. I spent most of my time on the small balcony, eating, drinking with the best view. Honestly there was no retaurant or place which offered such a good view. I enjoyed myself so much.

My flight was late night and I asked for late check-out, but the owner did not respond at all.

Słabo wyposażona kuchnia.

To elborate on my answer to #3 above, the key box I was instructed to use turned out to be empty - no keys! So I sent the hosts a message, and received a message that they were out of the office and would get back to me later - this was around 8:00 pm so I was a bit concerned. They did leave me with an emergency What'sApp number, and I tried to call that, but it was not set up for calling. However, they did get back to me and give me instructions on how to get the keys from another key box.

I thought the apartment itself was excellent and really enjoyed my stay there. The only improvement I'd suggest is better sound proofing with the adjoining apartment - voices and noise from the other apartment are quite audible in the apartment.
