Casa Cabin Stay Mumbai

I was gone there after paying and booking from my country...but when I reach there they ask me to pay again and room also not like in the photo.the location is also different.they are cheaters.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First, the address is wrong. I arrived to Mumbai at 2am and ended up in a scary street where the hotel should have been. Secondly, the do not accept cards are they advertise on the website. I didn’t have cash with me as I was having trouble with the ATM and I made a bank transfer which may take a bit longer to receive. I sent them the bank statement and still they didn’t want to let me go and wanted me to pay twice. They also charged me more than what they were supposed to. They were really rude and treated me very badly. Thirdly, they advertised a breakfast and I never had one. I had to beg for a small cup of coffee. Fourthly, it felt like my room was used just before me (there were hairs in the bed and the toilet’s floor was wet). Finally, there was no soap nor toilet roll in the toilet.

No Ac rooms as advertised on the website. Water shortage
