Very nice outlook from the apartment (which itself is nicely renovated for it’s space)

Getting in and out did not feel easy, either the “coffin elevator” or the steep and tricky stairs. Would have been helpful to have some notes/guidance on the appliances, etc Was busy/noisy throughout the evening (which I guess cannot be totally unexpected from a nice seaside location).

Perfect location and apartment

Dreamy top floor apartment right at the beach with good living spaces for a short family getaway. Loved the private elevator to get luggage upstairs. A charming bar for coffee or afternoon drinks is just a few feet away from the property and a great little Trattoria (Osvaldo) is around the corner for a wonderful dinner. We also loved the private parking space in a garage very close by. It was a quick walk (just a few blocks) from the property to a grocery store to get fresh fruits for breakfast. Owner was great with communication in how to access the parking and property - they also helped with lunch recommendations in Genoa and were very responsive to any questions we had.

Mariajose and her husband are great host! They are attentive and responsive. We truly enjoyed the stay! The apartment itself is great and is at a fantastic location. Looking forward to come back again!

This is the best private rental in the area by far. The picturesque bay of Boccadasse is so famous that even Booking uses it as its thumbnail photo for the Genova area. In this apartment you are with your feet in the water. Even better, you are on the second and third floor which makes the house private, with a sea view, without the crowd on the street or beach and thanks to great isolation, it is completely quiet when you close the windows. The styling of the apartment is top notch and very calming, it has high quality features, comfy beds and all kitchen utensils.

This accommodation will probably be booked out as soon as more people discover it.
