Beautiful grounds, lovely character property very homely will be returning

This lovely barn, set in a garden that I imagine would look absolutely stunning in the summer has everything that you need for a break at anytime of the year. Spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need if you're self catering or not, it's quiet at night, plenty of parking and a safe, secure space for the dogs and/or children.The heating was great and the water hot and the coffee/tea and flapjack supplies were very welcome after a long journey too!

Couldn't really fault the place. For a county that commands top dollar, fantastic value for money, puts a lot of other places I looked at to shame. We couldn't believe how big it was, very comfortable beds and sofas. I bet it looks wonderful in the spring and summer, we would definitely stay again. All in all, you've got a cracking place here, with the added bonus of being able to take dogs.

If I had one criticism it would be that even though the instructions to find Oyster barn are very detailed (written, pictures and maps) at night the signs on the roadside could possibly do with some back lighting, only because we drove past it a few times (not helped by my ageing eyes).

The barn was fantastic, clean well presented the owners were in constant contact.

Was no fault of the owners just weather was very wet so going for rambles which was the intention was harder so we didn't get to walk as much as we wanted. We could however have driven to places. The owners give a very comprehensive guide to what's around so that was great

The location, the place in itself was amazing

It is bigger than my house. So welcoming and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.
