Spacious Luxury Apartment in MCR City Centre

The location is okey, only positive thing about the place.

PHOTO EVIDENCE BELOW! It had dirt, mould and a very unpleasant bad smell through the place. You could smell the mould from the other side of the apartment. If you move the nightstands you will find a lot of filth and leftover things from the previous tenents such as a comb, a broken nail and hair. What a pleasure. The trash cans were filthy and dirty, looks like they have never been cleaned, and it was dirt from previous tenants there too. The windows do not open, do not know if they are all broken or if they are closed on purpose but that is a BIG FIRE HAZARD. The mouldy smell cannot be aired either. you can clearly see mould in a lot of places in the apartment, such as showers, windows, roof and more. The chair in the living room was so broken that it could not stand up by it self. When we arrived there was multiple joints outside the door. There is also water damage multiple places, which probably explains why the mould is so severe. This apartment is NOT A LUXURY place, please do not go here. I have never been so disappointed and sad with the experience of a place, it ruined my whole birthday trip which i have looked forward to for months. I have now been sick for 6 days with a really bad cough and breathing problems since leaving the apartment. When confronted with this information by both me and booking.com customer service we were both IGNORED, and they wont give me a refund. Please be warned, do NOT book this place.

The location was good very central.

Before arriving we were informed that a window lock was broken and a replacement had been ordered. On arrival we found the window open and unable to close it due to the damage. We put up with it on the first night, but we had a sleepless night with the fear that as the apartment was on the ground floor and the damaged window was on the street side and open to anyone climbing through. I complained about the lack of security and gave them an option on how to do a temp repair until the new lock arrived. This was not taken well and was received with negativity and sarcasm on the staff side, with a basic like it or leave attitude. After 3 nights and no moving forward or attempt to assist us we decided to move to a hotel at an additional cost to ourselves. We did inform them that we were leaving and that the accommodation was still not secure and did as they suggested request the nights not used to be reimbursed. This received no answer. I’m afraid that this as returning customers that we are was totally unacceptable and we are afraid that we can not recommend our stay to anyone.

The property is exactly like the photos as advertised. It was so spacious and had plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Great communication with host.

It is close to the city center but the building is loud

Very poor contact with the landlord and the apartment was not cleaned up before out visit. More details below: - we have been asked what time we arrive in a special form that we have submitted - arrival around 9pm - straight after the arrival we have noticed the apartment was not prepared for our visit (not cleaned up after previous guests - photos attached) - we have tried to contact landlord around 9:30pm - no answer at all both on phone nor email while the issue was important and urgent (to clean up apartment before we go sleep) - next day they cleaned up, but the contact was still difficult: (1) while we have been told by the landlords that we will get compensation for 1st night, nothing happened in almost 3 weeks (landlord does not answer) (2) we have asked 3 times for a late checkout, 1st time before our arrival, the “yes” answer came after we left the apartment Our stay includes small child, parents and grandmother, which is not easy to relocate. I don’t recommend both the apartment and the landlord as not reliable.
