The property was ok. Property is near castle.

The property was boiling with those high temperatures. Not had a air conditioning and the fans provided were like for dolls house. We tried to keep the windows open but next door neighbour were too noisy and were smoking weed so we couldn't sleep for entire two nights. Kitchen has no microwave.

Struggled with key in safe. Couldn’t get key out at first. Spare key ok.

Downstairs sofa bed was uncomfortable

The location was great. Very close to Windsor centre .

There were no hooks to hang towels or hang your coats .we had to hang all towels and coats on the stairs. The towel warmer was not working.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to center Windsor.

There were no hooks to hang your wet towels after a shower, I hung the towels on the stair railing. The roll out couch was way too soft, and there was no microwave in the kitchen, so it was hard to reheat left over food.
