Grandis Coresi Mall Luxury Apartment

The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped; we could find everything we need. The check in and out was easy and well explained. It was in a nice neighborhood with gated parking.

We found the bedding fabric a bit rough, but that’s just a matter of personal preference—we tend to prefer softer fabrics.

The accommodation is big for the layout it has. Good lighting Nice terrace I think there is a lot of improvement to be made. Seems like the respect towards the customer is lacking and they only care about the money with minimal effort.

1 - the cleanliness needs improvement. it looked like the floors were not event vacuumed/mopped. the coffee machine was dirty 2 - a lot of decorations that appear in the presentation photos do not exist(the carpet, mini decorations and plants from the bedroom/bathroom/living room) 3 - the teflon pan is extremely scratched. this is a health hazard 4 - there were no towels until I asked for them 5 - in order to park the car in the designated parking spot you need to first park outside of the residential complex, go and grab the key from the locker, go upstairs and take the gate key, then go back to the car outside of the residential complex and just then go to the parking spot. it's a bit too much work for the client 6 - the bad was really uncomfortable 7- the sofa was uncomfortable and worn out but the main problem was that it was dirty and it had stains

Everything was spotless. Sparkling clean, great location, easy access, free parking, great and helpful host. I highly recommend.
