Kalamata beach maizonette ground floor and semi-basement with yard

Very well located, wonderful people! Everything was amazing!

The host is so pleasant, they took care so much about us & did their best, that we enjoyed your time in Kalamata. They met us. Prepared snacks & water for us. Always asked if we need something. I appreciate that. The yard is so cozy. We've enjoyed having dinners & breakfast there. The host made this apartment so nice & took care about the details. I mean, like, even the knives were sharp & I could enjoy cooking. The apartment is near the sea. There is the restaurant across the road. 2 Bakeries in the near. Big supermarket in 10 by foot. In the near there are some minimarkets & cafés.

Freckly speaking, I didn't notice, that there is one bedroom. I thought, there is two. I was with my family, so for me, it was Ok. I didn't pay attention to description. One of the bed-zone is around the corner with 2 bedside tables so it feels separate from the other side of the room.

It was close to the beach, but still required a walk about 7 -10 min to get there. All the supplies were there, even water in the fridge and some snacks on the dining table. The place was clean.

There was no AC in the top part of the apartment where the kitchen, bathroom and dining rooms are located and it was too hot to stay there for more than 5 min. Downstairs in the bedroom was humid even if AC worked whole night.

Very clean, nice location, close both to the center and the beach (5 min walking distance). Nice yard with table, chairs and shower, bikes available. Good Wi-Fi signal, but no cell-phone signal in lower floor.

2-floored apartment (ground floor + basement) with inside stairs, obviously former underground warehouse turned to bedroom. No A/C to the upper floor, efficient A/C to the lower floor, but inproperly installed (water collected in bottle and should be carried upstairs and emptied to the bathroom). Felt it was not safe for my kids...
