Nell'insieme è una struttura un po' trascurata

Красивые и чистые апартаменты, НО … не получили информацию как попасть в номер и не могли найти апартаменты час , по сколько не было никаких указателей , также бокс на ключи сначала в подъезде не открывался , а после первой ночи , он и вовсе был сорван. Подъезд и то как добраться до апартаментов, выглядит как в фильме ужасов , особенно если возвращаться поздно ночью , НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ВОЗВРАЩАТЬСЯ ОДНОМУ

Подъезд , коммуникация связанная с заселением в апартаменты , не было кода на главную входную дверь в подъезд , и только после попыток связаться , сначала через номер телефона (который просто не существовал) , потом через букинг , мы получили код . Ну и на десерт , после целого дня прогулки по Будапешту , возвращаясь домой -обнаружить что кто-то был у нас в апартаментах и не закрыл дверь , у счастью ничего не украли Сами апартаменты хорошие, но стоит задуматься как сильно вы любите экстрим

The location is excellent

The smell of the apartment was quite strange… there were some kitchen facilities that did not work

The apartment has a great location. All the major sights are within easy walking distance or just a quick ride away on public transport

The rest was highly disappointing. Minor things first: it was cold (no radiators, and the AC didn't help), and the bathroom doors are poorly fitted, so you can hear and even partially see everything going on in there. ​And now the biggest issue — the mold. We smelled a bad odor right from day one. Upon inspecting the apartment in the evening, we found horrible green mold spots near the sofa and in the boiler room. Since staying there was a direct risk to our health, we had to move out two days early. The host's support was completely useless in this situation: they just replied that nobody had complained about mold before and claimed they always clean thoroughly, instead of actually solving the issue!

I loved the location and the apartment was well cleaned.

We slept for 4 days. The towels were wet everyday because in the apartment there were just the essential. No extra comfort such as more of two towels, no shower gel, no too much toilet paper and the view from the apartment was a white wall. The bed was directly on the floor without a solid structure to raise it a little. We aspected a better permanence. :(

La posizione dello stabile è ottima, anche se per arrivare bisogna salire al 4 piano con ascensore e cercare l appartamento, tra corridoi buoi e porte con vetri rotti.

La struttura inizialmente appare carina, ma poi ci si accorge di tutti i difetti e della scarsa manutenzione dell appartamentino. Dietro il divano e nella zona sgabuzzino é pieno di muffa, dovuta al fatto che la ventola per l aria forzata del bagno non funziona, quindi dopo la doccia non c’è un ricambio di aria a meno che non si aprano le finestre ( ma in inverno con 3 grandi non è il massimo). Il condizionatore è rumoroso e scalda solo la parte superiore (dove si trova il letto). In bagno c’è ancora la tenda, non è ancora stata sostituita la parte mancante, e il mobilio è molto rovinato. La porta scorrevole del bagno, scorre malissimo e quindi non si chiude bene( zero privacy). La tapparella dell ingresso è rotta e non si può oscurare totalmente. Se soffrite di vertigini evitate di prenotare in questo appartamento, c’è una balconata esterna dove si trova il tavolino e due sedie con uno strapiombo di 4 piani.

If you like a loft-style apartment it is a good choice considering the price. It has everything you might need especially if you want to cook during your stay. Also, we liked the location, pretty close to everything (transportation and shops). There was always hot water!

We visited the apartment in cold winter (11-15 January) so outside it was -5 and snowy. This means that you expect a warm place with a good heating system. The air conditioner was heating only upstairs. Downstairs it was really cold and we couldn’t even sit there. To avoid misunderstanding, the air conditioning was working non stop and we didn’t notice any difference. We even asked for extra heating device so that we can take a shower without getting cold. But the answer was that air conditioner was enough. Also, they should add warmer blankets for winter time.
