The apartment was full of flies. Internet service was spotty. There was no kettle. Elements in the toaster only worked on one side in each slot. There was garbage in the kitchen garbage can under the garbage bag.

The location

I didn't like anything other than the location. It took me 45 minutes to open the doors as the key was crooked. The smoke alarms were going off due to battery that needed to be replaced. I had to climb on the couch and remove it at midnight when I had an early meeting next morning. Got locked out a few times because of the defective key. Property manager kept asking me to send photos without providing me with a WhatsApp number. They didn't call me back because my number was 'international' and only let me know when I asked them 6 hours later. They told me there was another set of keys at the property after 2 days of struggling with the defective key and bruising my hand in the process. I found another place after 2 nights instead of staying here for 5 nights as originally planned.

Easy to rent with exceptional information regarding the area like restaurants places to visit.

The location is excellent. The studio is well equipped; the bed, very good

On arrival, the lock-pad where the keys are stored did not work. Fortunately, the temperature was not below freezing, thus I could wait a little more. But, you don’t want that to happen after a twenty-something hours travel time. Communication was bad; the owners were little responsive or send contradictory or wrong information.The heating and the electrical outlet of the kitchen never worked. I asked the owner to look for a correction of the problem, but they never answer. So, the place was very cold.
