The Tahiti Beach Hotel

The location is excellent—very close to the beach and plenty of local restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety of cuisines. The room was a comfortable size for me and my sister, though we did notice some stains on the bedding and curtains, and the room was a bit dusty with some hair in the corners. We immediately sent photos to reception to make them aware, as we had been informed at check-in that there could be an additional charge for dirty linen. The receptionist was very apologetic, and the next day we received fruit and cake as a gesture of apology.

Upon check-out, the receptionist confirmed that everything was fine with our rooms after their staff had inspected them. We then stayed in the lobby for around 15 minutes waiting for our taxi. It wasn’t until we arrived at the airport that the driver showed us a message from the hotel stating we needed to pay an additional 50,000 VND for “dirty linen.” As this wasn’t the driver’s fault, we paid the charge, but I immediately messaged the hotel to question why this fee was added after we had been given the all-clear at reception. My issue isn’t the amount, but the principle and the way the situation was handled. Extremely disappointing!

Wifi was niet goed (3de verdieping)zwembad onderhoud liet te wensen over,ze hadden nu een poolbar(was verleden jaar in aanbouw) maar die was bijna nooit open,en als ie open was moest je lang wachten om te kunnen bestellen omdat ie altijd op zijn telefoon bezig was,toen we aankwamen waren de douche producten allemaal leeg (kamer 311) en bij vertrek was het nog zo,volgend jaar ander hotel

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, vermutlich sogar frisch renoviert, bequeme Betten.

Zäher Eincheck Prozess. Ausserhalb, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels sehr unaufgeräumt.

Położony kilkanaście metrów od plaży, blisko do głównej ulicy ze sklepami i restauracjami. Odnowione pokoje. Szybka reakcja recepcji na problemy z zablokowanym sejfem.

Remont w hotelu, zamknięty bar przy basenie, restauracja otwarta tylko podczas śniadania, brak rozrywek w hotelu poza basenem, brak informacji o remoncie przed przyjazdem. Obsługa recepcji słabo mówiąca po angielsku, brak drugiej karty do pokoju.

酒店安排的早餐不算丰富，但还是很有本土特色！酒店服务员的服务真的很热情，很满意，点赞👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

希望酒店能尽量把一起行程的人员安排在同一楼层
