Rien, tout est parfait

Wat me het meest beviel aan Momi Slow Hotel was de fantastische, relaxte sfeer. Alles straalde rust uit: de inrichting, de omgeving en de manier waarop het personeel je meteen welkom laat voelen. Het voelde alsof je direct in een andere mindset kwam ontspannen, verzorgd en helemaal tot rust. Hotelmanager Yannis Tsagkarakis was bovendien uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, professioneel en oprecht betrokken bij elke gast; zijn warme ontvangst, persoonlijke aandacht en oprechte interesse maakten het verblijf echt onvergetelijk.

Excelente alojamiento! El hotel es nuevo, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo de buena calidad, el personal muy amable y atento a tu confort. Tanto el desayuno como la cena fue espectacular, la comida es casera y con ingredientes de buena calidad y excelente gusto! Lo recomiendo 100%, volvería totalmente!

Nos gustó todo

Tout était super. Tout le personnel est d’une infinie gentillesse. Nous avons été très bien accueillie lors de notre arrivée. Toute est pensé pour délivrer une expérience unique à chaque client. Le buffet du matin était sensiblement le même tous les jours mais avec des produits délicieusement cuisinés et frais. Le buffet du soir était varié et toujours délicieux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les repas! Vous aurez l’occasion de déguster des plats au bar de la piscine pour un très bon prix ! La chambre était pas très lumineuse mais tout est pensé autour du bien-être. La piscine et les transats étaient très confortables! Le parking à l’arrière de l’hôtel est un vrai plus! Pour résumé, tout notre séjour s’est déroulé à merveille grâce a tout le personnel présent sur place!

First of all, I would like to express my disappointment that I cannot give more than 10 stars through this review. Our stay at Momi was truly exceptional — something I had never experienced in any of my previous 8 visits to Crete. The atmosphere and vibe this place offers are simply phenomenal. The color palette, comfort, services, organization, style, and all the arrangements both in the common areas and inside the room make you feel even better than at home. The food was always super fresh, with a wide variety of choices. Yannis is the kind of hotel manager every business in the hospitality industry would need — always prepared for anything, always there whenever you need him, ready to offer recommendations, directions, help, and an incredibly warm welcome. And of course, along with him comes the rest of the staff — always smiling, extremely welcoming, warm, and genuinely kind people. Thank you for everything, you truly made our stay unforgettable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was spectacular, I especially liked the meat choices at dinner.

Some of the guests were very rude but of course that is no fault of the property owners
