This hotel used picture profile of centorus mall, which is unethical, we thought it is in centorus mall, so we reached centurus mall. Then we called them, and get know they are on other side, why the used centorus mall picture as profile picture, it is cheetinc

Nothing. They charged me sale tax, and didn't give me sale tax invoice. They are collecting sale tax and sale tax and putting it in their pocket.

Please clean the washroom

Bathroom was dirty and was not cleans in mu entire trip

The location is good, it's close to the main areas. Staff is very friendly.

We booked a superior room (with extra single beds) but when we arrived, it was informed that the room is not available. Since I was traveling with family, they adjusted by providing a mattress. The room was changed after one day. The AC stopped working in the morning and could not be fixed for 4 hours despite multiple complaints. The breakfast was okayish. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, however breakfast was provided only for 2 people. When I complained to reception, it was informed that this is their policy as per instructions from owner.
