La Palma Apt Peschiera

- Spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. - AC works very well, which is good for summer season. - Big balcony. - NETFLIX is available.

- Location. - Tiny shower room. - This is not about the accommodation, but It is better to rent a car in Peschiera. Public bus system is not convenient at all. Only 1 bus every hour, so it is crowded. They take cash, so it is crowded…

Very spacious apartment perfect for families and long stays. It was very clean and had everything you need. Location was perfect as well!

Very clean, close to town, had all we needed Stefania was on hand at all timesto answer queries, bring fresh towels etc

The only downside was the noise of the trains. We had hoped to use the balcony to read but this was only possible on sunday, the rest if the time the trains were relenkess and just feet from our balcony and my friend in the main bedroom had to have shutters and door closed. I slept in the lounge area and there was scaffolding and a ladder right by my balcony which was quitescary and i had to keep my shutters and door closed too. We dont like aircon and like fresh air We are 2 ladles in our 60’s/70’s and these were real issues which was a shame because other than that the apartment is perfect

If you don't care that railway is 50 m from appartment and in room earplugs is waiting for you - OK, let's do it. Far away from center with tavernas, shops, transport. If you are with car it maybe is easier.

I was shocked about railway really 50m from appartment. It broke all bonuses of place.

Only a short walk from the centre of town and in a quiet location. Very clean and well maintained.

The apartment is in a perfect location with a car parking. I have seen lot of comment’s regarding the train sound as there is a railway track next to apartment but I hardly heard any noise. The host was very friendly and also cooperative with late check-in. I would definitely stay again.

Property was just newly done 10 mins walk to marina and restaurants excellent location and lovely apartment

Unfortunately, you rent a bed to sleep. No matter how clean a room is, if you can't sleep there, it's pointless.

The apartment is RIGHT ON the train track. Trains hurtling past all day and night. Overnight the cargo trains go past and the building shakes. I never achieved more than 2 hours of broken sleep each night. I was exhausted when I left after 4 days. I spent my last 2 days crying and wanting to go home. I noticed no other apartments on this side of the building were occupied. When I advised the owner that the listing of location on booking was inaccurate, and the apartment is not as far away from the track as she has pinned, she became hostile. Accusing me of leaving a dirty towel, and a few unwashed dishes. I left a small plate of waste food in the fridge to prevent rotting and smells, as there's no bin to place food. I was then told, after leaving, that there is a bin for food outside, but I'd never been told where it was. I'll add the pics of the train and empty apartments along this side of the building. Cannot recommend to anyone who cannot sleep through a earthquake.
