Ocean Beach Pier Condo

I like that thought and care was put into making this experience as smooth as possible. The place was well kept and I appreciated what was expected of me during my stay to avoid possible issues. I really liked the location as it was both very close by to the beach village while kind of tucked away a bit in a residential area. I was also surprised at how close the pier was to the residence. It was practically at the door step.

The parking spot was snug but that's unavoidable. One of the shower doors was missing apparently due to damage but a shower curtain was installed. The ceiling fan lights for both bedrooms were deactivated for safety, which is fine but the overall available lighting in the place was too dim in the evening for my preference. Still, all of these issues were negligible concerns for me.

The home was perfect for my family of 3. Location was amazing!

The alley way used for parking and the parking space itself was a very tight fit and difficult to maneuver my SUV.

Right on Ocean Beach near all the restaurants and craft shops.

Good size rooms. Light and airy well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and lounge.

Within a minute your at the beach or tide pools. There’s so many cute antique shops or food options. Even a target within a couple blocks. Walkable with two small children.

We did have internet connection issues but very prompt replies from the owner and it was the modem tucked into a cabinet with the door closed causing issues. Leave the door open and no issues. The washer sounds like a hurricane when you use it, so probably near end of life. Was not an issue but a learning curve, don’t use when anyone asleep or kids napping :)

Clean, easy access and parking, good size with lots of room and Nichole was helpful and communicative.
