perfect place for exploring cinque terre hiking.easy with the train station. a bit away from the crowds and not in a narrow road with stairs.

still very small and quite old.

Spotless rooms. Lovely staff. Nice location away from the crowds. Restaurant had yummy food too and guests get a discount.

It would have been good to have some extra tp in the room as we ran out. Housekeeping replaced later that day but we had to buy extra in the interim.

Shower so small couldn’t shower properly and no where to put soap TV room 5 didn’t work

Could have used bedside lights. Liked the elevator, quietness, window view and their restaurant down below. They give a discount on food and drinks if staying at their place. Handy location away from the daily tourist grind.

Nothing we didn’t like. Excellent place to stay in this beautiful village.

Peu de bienveillance au niveau de l accueil contrairement à certains avis Impossibilité de laisser les bagages le matin du départ (pas très longtemps) Malgré une réponse favorable precedement Sentiment d indifférence totale vis à vis du client C est dommage...

Staff was amazing and accomodating. Easy communication, easy check in, easy everything. Always there with a smile! No AC but there was both a ceiling fan and a stand fan, so we slept cool!

The bed was not the most comfortable bed ever, but was still more than good enough for a good night of sleep! Don't expect to sleep on clouds, but it does the job!
