Love Song Villa Canggu

We loved our stay at Villa Aria. The staff, especially Novvy, and owner Luke, were great to deal with and always happy to help with anything we needed. The Villa was a little oasis in the hustle of Canggu at New Year! Location is great for access to local restaurants, cafes, bars and the beach. The beds are really comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. We had all the facilities we needed. Staff come to clean daily and you can request they don’t if you don’t need them on any given day & just want to relax.

The aircon unit in the main room was a bit unreliable for a couple of days but it was quickly addressed by Luke & Novvy so I can’t really fault that. Someone came to repair it the next day which was great.

Location - very central but down a quiet lane so it feels peaceful when by the pool. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. Beds were comfy! Staff were soo friendly and helpful! Thanks Jeff and Novvy 😀

Nothing we didn’t like, but the cleaning and pool maintenance staff are round quite often (multiple times a day) but they never got in our way. Like I said, the villa was spotless and the service impeccable.

the villa is clean and quiet with smart TV. Is near to many cafe and eateries just walk out to the main road.

The villa's manager Navvy was not friendly inflexible attitude. No early check-in request and even to arrive early by 15 min. She would only be at villa exactly 2 p.m. While we late for about 15 min cuz was resting at a nearby cafe to wait check-in, she was impatience and called "I waited 15 min already... I need to go off already!!! " When we arrived and first used the basin, there were kitchen insects flying around that shows the sink was not used for awhile but yet she said no early check-in cuz was occupied. Upon check-in she would a forward a list of house rules...e.g. 9.30 am daily cleaner comes in and by 10 am would need to clean the rooms. One of the day as we were all had late nite before and did not wake up in time for their cleaning, she immediately sent me a text "I reminded you the house rules need to clean at 9.30"! I frequent Bali 1-2 times a year and stayed with many villa, this is my first time having a villa's manager using such "reminder" attitude. Bali is a relaxing trip but yet we had to succumb to her inflexible attitude??!! We had to inform her please leave the towels at the hall if we not awake yet cuz she could not accomodate anything other than her rules. There was no boiling kettle, we had to request then the cleaner brought it out :<

Luke and staff were very attentive and always made sure we were comfortable, my friend and I were even unwell for part of our stay and they made sure we had everything we needed

Perfectly located: quiet spot, short stroll to many food/drink destinations and easy walk to the beach.Luke was an exceptional host who responded quickly to our requests for local recommendations etc. We’d happily book again.

Beautiful Villa close to restaurants cafes bars and spas on the Main Street in Canggu. The villa is set back from the street so is quiet and peaceful for a day by the pool. Stunning furniture and design everything is brand new including the beautiful pool. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
