Everything ..from food to check in staffs hospitality to the servers at breakfast every thing was top notch..very clean and lived staying there will stay again ..highly recommend it

There was nothing to not like but I wish it had an elevator but since the staff was handling luggage it wasn’t a problem ..

"nice hotel but poor condition"

room size was good, location and securitty good

room turnaround, asked to have cleaned and provid enew towels and bedsheets bur these were not provided in the timescale, Toilet tissue paper was poor quality 2 ply. Mould round the shower screens, which can be easily replaced. Water ponding in the shower tray leading to overflow of dirrty water outside - very unhygienic. Waster needs to be cleaned out. Had stayed in this hotel a few years ago but has since gone rapidly downhilllllll
