Spacious rooms

Restaurantstaff dont know how to deal. They called us for dinner but when we reached they preffered walk in customers. I was forced to move away from lobby seating by a women vendor It seems they prefer walk in customers who come for Restaurantonly

"It was okay. The location is very much central."

Breakfast was very good and staff was excellant.

Rooms are not clean. The furniture is very old and chairs seats are dirty. The beds are not comfortable. The bathrooms are not clean enough.

"Pathetic stay"

Reception staff very non professional totally unconcerned with the guests. Secuirty Guards at gate behave so weird for tip. Always you have to wait for an hour for checkin. The room was so hot and ac fikters were choked. Even after complaining they did not change the room and no maintenance staff showed up so i had to clean filters myself. The waiters never came with full ordered items. It is not the same hotel as it used to be. It has become a crap
