JPHouse was dirty. Smoking smell was there. Bed , towel were dirty. Not usable.
No facility at all. No tooth paste, Water kettle was dirty. Everything was dirty. Every where was smoking smell. Towel , bed , bed cover all were dirty and had bad smell. It was totally not usable. Strongly recommend not to choose Akira house. Requesting to Booking.com not to introduce such bad hotels.

This place was so filthy. I had booked another apartment which was affordable but reviews for cleanliness was really bad so I cancelled for this one which was new to Booking.com. Little did I know, this was run by the same owner at the same building. So it was also filthy. The bathroom was new which was good, but old used soap was still there. There were bugs and dirt on the floors throughout. Hair strands on the bedding and floors. The kitchen appliances were not able to be used. So filthy. The dishes were clean. I felt so sick staying there it was disgusting. Be careful when booking as this owner has different names for each apartment on this booking site and all are probably filthy as per the other.
