A very clean and modern property with great facilities and modern appliances. No expense has been spared A great spacious shower room and lovely toiletries supplied. A very nice thoughtful touch was the welcome pack of wine and beers! We loved the TVs having all the channels you would want too ! The outside decking area is lovely and the location perfect.

The bed was only a double when we are used to a king size A small coffee table by the sofa would be a nice addition

Modern, contemporary property with excellent fittings and finishings. All that my wife and I needed and far more, were thought of and provided. Friendly family owners are on hand to ensure that settling into the property is easy and comfortable. The location is ideal for visiting Christchurch and a great base for travelling to other local towns and amenities.

Nothing negative to report. Accessing property by car is a little challenging on first arrival but not a serious problem.

"Superb Amazing"

Location was perfect, everything catered for spotlessly clean hosts were lovely. Parking was a bonus very quiet anx peaceful walking distance to high street pubs and restaurants can't praise this property enough definitely will return .

Nothing to dislike what so ever.

"Ideally located, modern home from home."

Great location in central Christchurch. The accommodation was modern with all home comforts. As we had warm weather it was good to have air conditioning. Was pleased to have a dishwasher and loved the boiling water tap instead of a kettle. Shower was powerful and easy to operate.

Would have been handy to have a clothes airer to hang bath towels on after a shower, as an alternative I used the ironing board to hang them over as dried quickly in the lounge as it was warm. There was a tumble dryer but seemed excessive to use that.

"Modern and clean"

Hi-tech and high end finish, very modern and clean. Good location behind main street in town centre. Good quality kitchen staples and luxury toiletries in shower room. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of leaving milk, drink and Easter eggs in the fridge. Would I stay again? in a heartbeat!
