GBhow clean the room was.
The heater was not big enough for the size of the room, it was freezing most of the night same for the shower barley got warm, no where to hang towels so had to be stuffed down near the toilet not very hygienic. and you can hear everything what's going on next door very thin walls
GBThe location was absolutely fantastic. It was lovely having a balcony with a little bistro table and chairs. Very thoughtful too having a folding table and chairs in the room for when it is too cold to have breakfast in the room. The cleanliness of the room was spot on. We actually met the cleaner who was friendly and passed on our compliments. We could not fault the place at all. Clear messages for key collection. On departure, we spoke to the host, who was lovely asking if we had enjoyed our stay and if everything was to our satisfaction - very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Many thanks.

When booking, it was stated there was parking, I expected this to be at the property - as in readily available. However ,it's done on the basis of find somewhere to park in adjacent streets and place ticket (that is provided) in the window. This info comes after initial booking is made. Struggled at first to find a parking space.
