Very clean and tidy, looks just like the photos displayed.

Poor WiFi connection, heating went off unexpectedly so our first night was very cold and uncomfortable, luckily we were able to resolve the issue the next day. Had no major issues with the host however wasn't always able to get in touch with him right away.
