Casale delle ginestre.

L'accoglienza dell'host, un casale di campagna nel verde con il fiume a poca distanza, area bbq (a pagamento). Casale pulito, ben distribuite le stanze, giardino curato. Ottima posizione per scoprire i dintroni, in particolare Tivoli. Consigliamo visitare San Polo de Cavalieri e la sua querceta, le terme di Tivoli, per chi gioca a tennis a poca distanza un ottimo centro sportivo. Possibilità di pic nic o pesca nel fiume. Ottima location, nel verde, nella tranquillità, ottima anche per famiglie o gruppi di amici purché si rispetti sia la natura che il Casale. Speriamo di rivederci presto.

The photos on the website are under valued, it is a great historic house, beautifully renovated. The main bedroom has an ensuite, which is very convenient. The kitchen is bigger than expected, lovely entree and the other two bedrooms are spacious as well, I really liked the high ceilings, it has a great atmosphere. The property is well fenced and has a security gate, with good parking on site. The garden is amazing with lots of fruit trees. It is located in the middle of the country with a beautiful view. There is acces to a river as well, it is close to a couple of villages were you can buy stuff for breakfast and diner. Tivoly is a 15 min. drive with lots of diner options.

Nothing really, we were sad to leave as we could have stayed longer, so pleasant it was.

First of all, it is a very beautiful countryside location which I enjoyed very much. Several little towns to explore around it within a short drive, very nice land and there is a river on the property! The house and garden were lovely we cooked barbecue there! And the stars, the air, the quietness, all within a 40 mins drive from Rome centre.

The parrot was loud in the morning. (I love her but she was the only loud thing in the countryside.) My small bed was not flat so a bit uncomfortable.

This property was an entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. There was plenty of parking. The property did not offer meals but the apartment had a full and completely stocked kitchen. The owner, Govanni, was delightful. He was very eager to show us around the property and spoke his best English to counter our best Italian (somehow we managed to communicate just fine) The property was about a 10 minute drive ( an Italian drive) from Tivoli; not a problem in the daylight, but an adventure in the dark.

A secluded hideaway that is so close to Rome, in the beautiful Tivoli area. The relaxed atmosphere is enhanced by the hosts attitude and helpfulness. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable.

A few toiletries would be nice eg soap in the shower, and some essential kitchen supplies eg salt and pepper. Not big problems.
