Everything except the location.

PLINI have booked two rooms on 15th Jan 2025, as per booking.com, we shall pay at the property. When we reached at the Hotel there is no rooms available and they simply ignore the booking.com booking reference and said you didnt paid the advance / full payment priorly so they couldnt reserve the rooms. this hotel even approved our check in timings. This is there super service which we have experienced and i compelled to found another alternative accomodation at night. If they are not willing to omply booking.com terms and policies and why they listed their property in booking.com.
