Kakashi Hotel Phú Quốc

Very near the beach, includes access to the pool (just need to show room card), room was clean and tidy with a fridge and everything we needed. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by (although some refused to serve non-guests)

Staff were not attentive and not very friendly, they were too busy to offer us a good service as they were trying to run the hotel, a shop and a restaurant with very few staff. Lobby space was not tidy. Toilet in the room did not flush well.

Room and facilities were perfect, the swimming pool is the same for all the residencies of the marina but not too busy in beginning December. The beach is in front of the marina area not the hotel but very close. Restaurant good and the little supermarket inside the hotel useful

Close to the beach & had access to shared complex pools.

Rooms state that you have a terrace but it’s just a window - but misleading in the room descriptions.

Best location to travel north and south of island. Beautiful area with many staff around

We paid for a Deluxe room with a balcony and terrace, which was more expensive than a standard room, but no room in this hotel has a balcony. The room was supposed to be 35m2, but it was much smaller, shabby and unkempt. We wanted to withdraw from the contract without a cancellation fee and sent a request through booking. The landlady claimed that booking had not sent them any request to agree on not paying the cancellation fee and said that we had to pay the cancellation fee. She laughed that we wanted a room with a balcony when they didn't have one and pretended that she didn't understand that booking offered amenities that didn't exist. Shabby, poorly maintained, dust under the bed and on the shelves, broken shower hose, rusty shelf in the bathroom, dirty walls, dirty elevator, dirty cup
