"Great location and place to stay for remote work!"

The location of the building was amazing! Easy walk to many malls (Shopping del sol y La Galeria) which include grocery stores. The internet was fast and reliable and the apartment had everything we needed to live. The host, Maura, was easy to communicate over whatsapp and even though there were one or two things that needed to be repaired, they got fixes quickly. Gym was nice and didn't have any issues with the elevators. It was a great place to work remotely for two weeks and I would do it again.

Noise is a big concern as there is a lot of construction in Asuncion and the windows didn't seem to block much of the noise. The first reservation was for the 7th floor (the last floor) and we found out the hard was our apartment was directly the Teraza's event room to include a pool table. The noise from parties so intense we couldn't sleep. Gratefully Maura moves us to the 7th floor where we didn't have issues.
