La infraestructura y la ubicación.

Primero estuvimos 24 hs sin aire acondicionado en el departamento con 40 grados de calor en enero y cuando quisimos irnos no se podía sacar el auto de la cochera porque no funcionaba un mecanismo de descenso del auto de una plataforma. Sábanas sucias.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a tres cuadras del centro comercial. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La relación calidad-precio fue óptima. Es muy tranquilo el lugar.

La ubicación es lo que destaca de este apartamento, pudimos caminar hasta el Shopping del Sol. Nos tocó un monoambiente que era bastante amplio y muy acogedor.

Sin embargo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, especialmente en el baño. El baño expedía un olor bastante fuerte que hacía casi imposible descansar.
