Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates, and the charges are as follows, directly to the hotel: 0–4 years old: complimentary breakfast 5–11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price. The kids' dinner menu is also available. A children's extra bed is available upon request for an additional charge of GBP 30 per night. If you require an extra bed or a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival. Starting 6th January 2025, our hotels will be cashless; please use cards or digital payments for transactions. We live in Newcastle, so this was a little overnight treat for our anniversary, we have a good knowledge of the city and location, so this was as expected. The hotel was excellent, the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. The cocktail menu was excellent, as was the breakfast. The quality of the room was also excellent. We've stayed in far worse hotels for far more per night(admittedly, usually in London)

"Surprisingly, let down by cleanliness of room"

Very friendly and helpful service. Location perfect. Room aesthetic quirky and has a quality feel. Great shower.

Room looked as if it had been reset but not fully cleaned. Travelling with colleague and both our rooms had same issues. Visible dirt in bathroom sink both in and around unit. Carpets dirty and dusty at skirting boards. Stained chaise and scuffed desk/chair make the room look tired and has seen better days. Needs a deep clean and refresh.
