Large and comfortable studio Mall Vitan area

Spacious, Clean, Good location

There was no hot water in the apartment on Day 1 at all and and the other 2 days only warm water- Not Hot at all, I read past reviews - looks like hot water is a permanent issue in this apartment. If you can shower with cold water in cold weather you can stay here. The rest of the things were great though. However, After we asked the owner about hot water he just said it’s from the govt and he can not do anything and that we should find another property to stay if we don’t like but unfortunately it was non refundable so we had to shower with cold water.

Big apartment, clean, good area so far.

There were days when wasn't hot water or the water was stopped completely. Too bad because the property has potential but paying for hot water and not getting what you pay for is not right. The host was always invoking the city leaders as I did have some type of contract with them, which I think was BS. I've stayed 32 nights, out of which in 8 days i had no hot water. Also i had some days when I wasn't living there because i went in some trips throughout the country, so I think were actually more days in which the apartment lacked in hot water.

It was a nice comfortable stay. The bed is perfect, everything is arranged to provide you peace and comfort. I also liked the large loggia and a nice view from the large windows. The owners are very agreeable nice people, they let me check in earlier, extra thanks. Also the place looks better than in the pics, it has a large window. Highly recommended.

Well, to add a little microwave would be a plus.

Very good location, really close to the city centre, but also in a very quit neigborhood, free private parking spot, clean, large and warm studio, fast internet, good facilities, qualitative duvet and pillows, large tv for romanian or english speaking guests, communicative owner.

Not wide enough black-light blocking curtains - important only if you are very sensitive in such things - , not large enough sofa-bed - allthough already mentioned in the apartment description -, no elevator - apparently not unusual for relatively old buildings in the city centre, bathtube instead of a shower unit - it could be impractical for some people.
