Breakfast was good. Extra bed was provided as per our request. Hotel is situated at a walkable distance to the temple.

Their restaurant is open until 9.30pm, we went aroud 9.00pm, but they said there are so many to serve and could not take order. they could not cofirm if they could server after that. Bathroom smells stinky, the toilet flush tank was not working properly, they said maintanenece support is available only after 9.00am. Felt not worth the money at this point.

"Terrible experience . Booking.com Made me pay 1.5times of the price mentioned by the hotel."

Amt charged by the hotel is Rs.4900 inclusive of gst for a family suite.. I had booked through booking.com and booking .com collected Rs.6687 which is nearly Rs.1800 more than the amt originally charged by the hotel. I was shocked when I saw the amt displayed in the hotel reception when u reached at 10.15pm in the night and I vacated the roo the very next day morning at 9.10am. For this I had to pay Rs.6687 . When I enquired with the hotel , they gave me a printout in which there was booking.com mentioned everywhere and I had to sign it as booking.com neither have a 24/7 customercare call center r chat mechanism r any email id where I can report this loot and the time was already 10.15pm n the night and I had no other choice as we 3 cannot go on searching a new place at that time. Immediately after checking in I tried calling booking.com customer care number given but the answering machine kept on repeating the same thing. I had to leave a msg regarding this scam n their chat bot and they took nearly a day to reply me and they just shifted the blame on the hotel saying that this was the amt set by the hotel with them. That means booking.com doesn't even do a background check locally and put any nonsense amt in their. Website. I ve all the proof of this scam . Will never recommend booking.com for any of my friends r relatives neither I will go.

Both booking.com and hotel ppl are fraudsters.
