Horrible experience, booked and paid for the place and on arrival the owner had other people in the property. Cancel our reservation, upon expressing my frustration not remorse at all. It was absolutely horrible

Comfortable/safe/ lovely views.

Couch not comfortable, a bit dirty there and there. Definitely need more cutlery. QR codes a bit of a nightmare to request everyday. Might be good to have it own tag key to get into property.
